Zevlor, Elturel Exile (CLB-441) is a legendary creature—Tiefling Warrior from the Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate set that has haste. It creates a delayed triggered ability when you tap and pay {2} so that the next instant or sorcery you cast that targets only one opponent or a single permanent an opponent controls is copied for each other opponent, each copy targeting a chosen opponent or their permanent. Its ability is well suited to multiplayer politics and storming opponents with copied targeted spells while providing a haste-based clock.
