Tasha, the Witch Queen (CLB-364) is a legendary planeswalker in a blue-black color identity from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate. It creates a 3/3 black Demon token whenever you cast a spell you don't own and its +1 both draws a card and exiles opponent instants or sorceries with page counters. Its −3 lets you cast one of those exiled spells without paying its mana cost as the ability resolves, and it can serve as your commander.
