Whenever it enters or attacks it can put a slime counter on up to one other target creature, and non-Horror creatures with slime counters lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 2/2. Its static effect applies to any non-Horror creature with a slime counter regardless of what put the counter on it, and creatures that change type can regain abilities if they become Horror.
