Description

Scion of Halaster (CLB 498, Etched Foil) is a legendary Background enchantment from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate that can be chosen as a second commander alongside a legendary creature with Choose a Background. It gives commander creatures you own a replacement for the first draw each turn that mills one of the top two cards and then draws, effectively filtering and fueling graveyard strategies. This card enables synergy with graveyard recursion and top-deck manipulation while also counting toward your commanders’ combined color identity when used as a commander.
