When it enters the battlefield you take the initiative, it can tap for colorless mana or double that if you have the initiative, and it has a paid activation that exiles cards until a nonland is revealed so you may cast it for free provided you've completed a dungeon. The card supports initiative-focused decks by both granting the initiative on entry and enabling big free casts after dungeon completion.
