Rasaad yn Bashir (CLB 479, Etched Foil) is a legendary White Human Monk from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate designed to be a commander option with the Choose a Background ability. Its static effect makes creatures assign combat damage equal to their toughness instead of their power, changing how combat damage is dealt. When Rasaad attacks while you have the initiative, its triggered ability doubles the toughness of each creature you control until end of turn, enabling large damage and synergy with toughness-based strategies.
