It buffs each creature you control that has a mana ability by granting +2/+2 and untaps such creatures when they attack. Its triggered ability can untap a creature and give it +7/+7 and trample when you cast a spell that spent at least seven mana, enabling large surprise combat pushes or combo interaction.
