Livaan, Cultist of Tiamat (CLB 402, foil) is a legendary Dragon Shaman from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you may give target creature +X/+0 until end of turn where X equals that spell’s mana value. It also has Choose a Background, letting it be paired as a second commander with an eligible Background enchantment for two‑commander decks.
