Livaan, Cultist of Tiamat (CLB 188) is a legendary Dragon Shaman from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate. Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you can give a target creature +X/+0 until end of turn where X equals that spell's mana value, letting you leverage spells to boost attackers. It has the Choose a Background ability, meaning it can serve as one of two commanders when building a Background-enabled Commander deck.
