It exiles all nontoken creatures you control, then you roll a d20 to determine whether those creatures return at the next end step or briefly return and are exiled again before returning at the next end step. The card creates a temporary blink effect that can trigger enter-the-battlefield abilities while leaving a window for replacements and triggered abilities related to exile and return.
