When you spend that mana to cast a Dragon creature spell, the creature enters with an additional +1/+1 counter for each green mana from the Orb and gains hexproof until your next turn. Multiple green mana from the Orb stack their delayed triggers, allowing a Dragon to gain multiple counters and still receive hexproof.
