Entropic Decay mills four cards and exiles this card as it resolves, after which you may cast the 4/1 Frog Horror creature for {2}{B} if its graveyard condition grants menace and deathtouch. It serves both as a graveyard-enabler and a midrange threat that becomes more dangerous once you have four or more creature cards in your graveyard.
