Felisa, Fang of Silverquill (CLB-845) is a legendary Vampire Wizard from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate. She has flying and Mentor, and she creates X tapped 2/1 white and black Inkling creature tokens with flying when a nontoken creature you control with counters dies, where X equals the number of counters it had. As a two-color (white/black) four-mana legend, she supports both aggressive combat upgrades via Mentor and token-generation synergies with +1/+1 and other counters.
