Criminal Past (CLB 494, Etched Foil) is a legendary Enchantment — Background from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate. It gives commander creatures you own menace and a static power boost equal to the number of creature cards in your graveyard. In multiplayer Commander games it applies to each of your commander creatures if you own more than one, and X is counted from the applicable graveyard as noted by rulings.
