When it resolves, until end of turn each creature you control gets base power and toughness equal to the number of instant cards, sorcery cards, and/or cards with Adventure you own across your graveyard and exile; that X is locked in as it resolves. The effect only applies to creatures you controlled as it resolved and does not update as cards move zones or as new creatures enter afterward.
