It exiles cards you discard, has a pay-and-tap draw-then-discard ability, and can be sacrificed to return the cards it exiled to their owners' hands. Because exiled cards are tied to that specific object, if the Bag leaves the battlefield or is replaced those stored cards remain inaccessible to a new object.
