Altar of Bhaal // Bone Offering (CLB-569) is a double-faced Rare Adventure card from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate that functions as an artifact on its front face and an Adventure sorcery on its back. The artifact face has an activated ability that can exile a creature you control to return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield, usable only at sorcery speed. The Adventure face creates a tapped 4/1 black Skeleton creature token with menace and exiles the card so you may later cast it as the artifact permanent.
