Description

Derevi, Empyrial Tactician (CMA-176 foil) is a legendary Bird Wizard creature from Commander Anthology that has flying and a G/W/U mana cost. It can tap or untap a target permanent whenever it enters the battlefield or whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, enabling interaction and synergy with combat damage triggers. It also has a command-zone activated ability for one generic and G/W/U to put Derevi onto the battlefield from the command zone, providing a unique recursion tool for Commander decks.
