Bane of Progress (CMA-91) is a rare green Creature — Elemental from Commander Anthology. When it enters the battlefield it destroys all artifacts and enchantments and gains a +1/+1 counter for each permanent destroyed this way. Its ability affects permanents you control as well as opponents', making it a board-reset tool that can also scale into a large threat in artifact- and enchantment-heavy metas.
