Arcane Denial (CMA 30) is a blue Instant from Commander Anthology. It counters a target spell but gives that spell's controller the option to draw up to two cards at the beginning of their next upkeep while you draw one card at that time. The exchange makes it a low-cost, tempo-friendly counterspell that can be used in reactive control shells or as a surprise answer in limited and casual Commander play.
