Description

Wrexial, the Risen Deep (CM2‑171) is a legendary creature Kraken from Commander Anthology Volume II that is blue-black and costs six mana. Whenever it deals combat damage to a player you may cast an instant or sorcery card from that player’s graveyard without paying its mana cost, and if that spell would go to a graveyard it’s exiled instead. Its islandwalk and swampwalk make it hard to block against opponents who control those land types, letting it more reliably connect to trigger its ability.
