Windfall (CM2-55) is a blue sorcery reprinted in Commander Anthology Volume II that forces a hand-reset across the table. Each player discards their hand and then draws cards equal to the largest number discarded this way, which can refill or disrupt multiple players. In multiplayer or Commander, it often serves as a political or tempo play that benefits the player who times it to maximize their own draw.
