Orim's Thunder (CM2-33) is a white instant reprinted in Commander Anthology Volume II. It destroys a target artifact or enchantment and can be kicked for an extra red to also deal damage equal to that permanent's mana value to a target creature. The kicked mode provides both permanent removal and potential creature damage, making it useful in artifact- or enchantment-heavy metas and burn-supporting decks.
