Minds Aglow (CM2-46) is a rare blue sorcery from Commander Anthology Volume II that uses the Join forces mechanic. Starting with you, each player may pay any amount of mana, then each player draws X cards where X is the total mana paid. The effect forces the full card draw amount once X is determined, so players cannot choose to draw fewer than X cards.
