Citadel Siege (CM2-21) is a white enchantment from the Commander Anthology Volume II set that asks you to choose Khans or Dragons as it enters the battlefield. Choosing Khans grants a recurring beginning-of-combat trigger on your turn that places two +1/+1 counters on a target creature you control, while choosing Dragons gives a beginning-of-combat trigger on each opponent's turn that taps a target creature that player controls. Introduced in Khans of Tarkir as a modal enchantment that asks the player to choose Khans or Dragons as it enters the battlefield.
