Strength of the Tajuru (C20-192) is a green instant from Commander 2020 that has Multikicker and an X in its mana cost. When it resolves you choose one target creature plus one additional target for each time it was kicked, then put X +1/+1 counters on each chosen creature. The spell scales for multiplayer or token strategies by allowing more targets when paid additional kicker costs.
