Portal Mage (C20-122) is a Rare Human Wizard creature from Commander 2020. It has Flash and an enters-the-battlefield trigger that lets you change which player or planeswalker an attacking creature is attacking during the declare attackers step. Reselection ignores attack requirements and restrictions and won’t cause “when this creature attacks” triggers, so its effect can redirect attackers without triggering attack-based abilities.
