Etali, Primal Storm (C20-151) is a legendary red Elder Dinosaur creature from Commander 2020. Whenever Etali attacks, exile the top card of each player's library and you may cast any number of those exiled cards without paying their mana costs as part of the ability's resolution. The ability can generate large, immediate card advantage and can cast spells with timing ignored, though exiled cards not cast remain exiled and cast permanents won't enter in time to attack that combat.
