It enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters and has an activated ability for {2} that puts a +1/+1 counter on it and may let the player it’s attacking reselect which player it attacks during the declare attackers step. Because that activation can only be done by the player it is attacking and only during attack declaration, the card enables unusual multiplayer combat redirection and political plays.
