Thieving Amalgam (collector number 21) is a rare black Creature — Ape Snake with a 6/7 body. At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep it manifests the top card of that player's library as a face-down 2/2 that can later be turned face up if it's a creature. It also triggers life-swing effects when a creature you control but don't own dies, causing that creature's owner to lose 2 life while you gain 2 life.
