Mandate of Peace (C19-4) is a white instant from Commander 2019 that can only be cast during combat. When it resolves, opponents are prevented from casting spells for the turn and the combat phase immediately ends, removing attackers and blockers from combat. The card can be used to shut down opponents’ responses during combat while still allowing activations and land plays.
