Malevolent Whispers (C19-150) is a red sorcery from Commander 2019 that can be cast for its normal cost or via its Madness cost. It gains control of target creature until end of turn, untaps it, and gives it +2/+0 and haste. As a Madness card, it also provides a reactive discard-to-cast option that can be used on opponents' turns or to enable surprise plays.
