Kadena's Silencer (C19-8) is a rare Creature — Snake Wizard from Commander 2019. When turned face up it counters all activated and triggered abilities your opponents control, and it has Megamorph allowing it to be cast face down and later turned face up for {1}{U}. Its disruptive role is to temporarily shut down opponents' non-mana activated and triggered effects while providing a morph-style surprise element and a +1/+1 counter when megamorphed.
