Ghastly Conscription (C19-115) is a black sorcery from Commander 2019 that exiles all creature cards from a target player's graveyard and manifests them. Manifested cards enter face down as 2/2 creatures you may later turn face up by paying their mana costs if they are creature cards. The spell can convert an opponent’s graveyard into a randomized set of hidden creatures, changing the battlefield composition and information available to players.
