Harrow (C18-150) is an instant from Commander 2018 that requires sacrificing a land as an additional cost. It searches your library for up to two basic lands and puts them onto the battlefield, then shuffles. The card bypasses the normal one-land-per-turn rule by putting those lands directly into play, enabling ramp and explosive mana.
