Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle (C18-38) is a legendary creature card from Commander 2018 that can enter the battlefield with five slumber counters and is treated as a land while it has any. While it has a slumber counter it isn’t a creature and can be tapped for {G}{U}, and its triggered ability lets you remove a slumber counter whenever you cast a spell. Once all slumber counters are removed it becomes a 12/12 Kraken creature that can attack and functions normally as a legendary creature.
