Taigam, Sidisi's Hand (C17-47) is a legendary Human Wizard from Commander 2017 that replaces your draw step and provides upkeep selection from the top three cards. During each upkeep you choose one of those three to draw and mill the rest into your graveyard, enabling graveyard synergies. It also can spend black mana, tap, and exile cards from your graveyard to give a target creature -X/-X until end of turn, offering both disruption and interaction with your graveyard resources.
