Spelltwine (C17-94) is a blue rare sorcery from the Commander 2017 set. It exiles an instant or sorcery from your graveyard and one from an opponent’s graveyard, creates copies of both, and lets you cast those copies without paying their mana costs before exiling itself. The copies are created in exile and can be cast in either order, with specific rules handling targets, X costs, and additional costs.
