Silumgar's Command (C17-195) is a rare instant from Commander 2017 that offers two-mode versatility in blue and black. When cast you choose two different modes from countering a noncreature spell, returning a permanent to its owner's hand, giving a creature -3/-3 until end of turn, or destroying a planeswalker. Its flexibility makes it useful for disruption, removal, or tempo plays depending on what a deck needs.
