It has flash and an enters-the-battlefield trigger that, if it enters during the declare attackers step, lets you reselect which player or planeswalker a chosen attacking creature is attacking. This effect can redirect attackers to change combat targets and interacts with attack timing and targeting rules in ways that can disrupt opponents' combat plans.
