Outpost Siege (C17-139) is a red enchantment from Commander 2017 that enters the battlefield with a choice between Khans or Dragons. If you chose Khans, it lets you exile the top card of your library at each upkeep and play that card until end of turn; if you chose Dragons, it deals 1 damage to any target whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield.
