New Blood (C17-19) is a black sorcery from Commander 2017 that requires tapping an untapped Vampire as an additional cost. When it resolves you gain control of target creature and replace every instance of one chosen creature type in that creature's text with the word Vampire. The effect can alter the creature type text in rules text and the type line but does not rename the card and can't change words inside granted abilities.
