Monastery Siege (C17-88) is a blue enchantment from Commander 2017 that enters the battlefield with a choice between Khans or Dragons. If Khans is chosen, you draw an additional card at the beginning of your draw step then discard a card; if Dragons is chosen, opponents pay an additional {2} for spells that target you or your permanents.
