Intet, the Dreamer (C17-174) is a Legendary Creature — Dragon from the Commander 2017 set serving as a potential commander. Whenever it deals combat damage to a player you may pay {2}{U} to exile the top card of your library face down and you may play that card without paying its mana cost for as long as Intet remains on the battlefield. The ability enables off-color free-casting and card advantage by letting you access and cast exiled spells while Intet is still present.
