Consuming Vapors (C17-105) is a black sorcery from Commander 2017. It forces a target player to sacrifice a creature of their choice and gains you life equal to that creature’s toughness. It also has Rebound, letting you exile it as it resolves and cast it again at the beginning of your next upkeep without paying its mana cost.
