Black Market (C17-98) is a black enchantment from Commander 2017 that grows as creatures die. Whenever a creature dies, it gains a charge counter and at the beginning of your first main phase it produces one black mana for each charge counter on it. In play it serves as a passive value engine that can snowball into large mana production in creature-heavy or sacrifice-focused decks.
