Sphere of Safety (C16-77) is a white enchantment from Commander 2016 that scales its tax with the number of enchantments you control. It forces opponents to pay X for each creature attacking you or your planeswalkers, where X equals your enchantment count, effectively discouraging wide attacks and rewarding enchantment-focused decks. Debuted in Commander 2016 as a reprint of an older white enchantment that taxes attackers.
