Frenzied Fugue (C16-18, Normal) is a red Enchantment — Aura from the Commander 2016 set. When it enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep it causes you to gain control of the enchanted permanent until end of turn, untapping it and granting it haste. The triggered ability happens both on entry and on each upkeep, and it won't cause that permanent's own 'at the beginning of your upkeep' abilities to trigger for you unless you already controlled it.
