Artifact Mutation (C16-179) is a red-green instant from Commander 2016 that destroys a target artifact. The spell creates X 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens equal to that artifact's mana value when it is destroyed. It can serve both as artifact removal and a token generation tool to turn opponents' artifacts into board presence for you.
