Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis (OC16-36 foil) is a legendary Human Soldier creature from Commander 2016 Oversized. At the beginning of your end step you draw a card, and then each player may put a land from their hand onto the battlefield while opponents who don’t put a land draw a card. In multiplayer games this card encourages political play and group advantage by rewarding land drops and card draw for multiple players.
